Virtual telehealth sessions and/ or phone consultations, this session will incorporate recommended therapy modalities to include but are not limited to Talk Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and CBT to help you achieve personal and professional goals. The frequency of sessions greatly depends on the individual treatment plan goals and is generally recommended bi-weekly to monthly.
